Islam Makhachev vs Alexander Volkanovski Prediction
The UFC’s top fighter in terms of P4P, Volkanovski, has crushed the whole featherweight division and is eyeing fresh challenges at the moment. He is increasing his weight for the upcoming fight.
At a time when online sportsbooks gave the Volkanovski vs Makhachev odds, it surprised many to see that they did not appear to work out well for the featherweight champion.
Volkanovski is incredibly skilled but no doubt Makhachev will aim to stand and trade with him, just like he did against Charles Oliveira and had some success.

The stakes will be incredibly tough, as I see Makhachev aiming to takedown Volk every single round – which will make him more cautious of double-legs, single-legs, you name it.
As always Makhachev will be looking for Volkanovski to throw kicks to he can sprawl and take the featherweight champion down. In the clinch, I would give the edge the Makhachev, who could look to bully Volk and throw knees to wear down the 145-pound champ.
