Crawford is set to take on two-time welterweight champion “Showtime” Shawn Porter, with the WBO welterweight title on the line. The bout will take place on Nov. 20 at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay, as first reported by Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports. Mike Coppinger of ESPN later confirmed the report.

My early betting pick for this fight is Crawford by decision. I think Porter will make it competitive but Crawford’s movement and composure will be too much for “Showtime”. Many are hoping this bout leads to a Spence vs. Crawford showdown in the near future.
